The invention provides an NAC transcription factor gene OsNAC15, the nucleotide sequence of the NAC transcription factor gene OsNAC15 is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1, and the sequence of protein coded by the gene is shown as SEQ ID NO: 2. The gene plays a role in participating in drought and salt stress tolerance of rice.
