The invention provides a microalgae culture system based on coal flue gas reutilization, comprising: a culture room, in which a heating pipeline, a carbon dioxide main pipe and a microalgae culture bin are arranged; the treated coal flue gas main pipeline comprises a dust removal device, a fan, a dehydration device, a cooling device and a carbon dioxide storage bin which are sequentially communicated through pipelines, and a gas outlet pipeline of the carbon dioxide storage bin is connected with the carbon dioxide main pipeline; and the treated coal flue gas bypass is communicated with the heating pipeline and is connected with a pipeline of the treated coal flue gas main pipeline on the front side of the inlet of the dust removal device.
