The efficient composite foaming cleanup additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1-3% of alkyl sodium sulfonate, 0.5-1% of sodium alkenyl sulfonate, 15-20% of amine oxide surfactant, 2-5% of betaine surfactant, 0.5-1% of high-temperature stabilizer and the balance of water. The efficient composite foaming discharge aiding agent can be used in fracturing fluid for oil and gas field reservoir transformation, has stable foaming performance under the conditions that the water salinity is 80 mg/ml and the environment temperature is 150 DEG C or below, and can be suitable for a high-temperature and high-salt environment.
