Single-component acrylate adhesive, preparation method thereof and bonding method of base material

The single-component acrylate adhesive contains acrylate monomers, core-shell rubber, liquid rubber, peroxide capsules and thermal expansion microspheres, and the capsule walls of the peroxide capsules can be extruded and broken to release peroxides due to pressure released by expansion of the thermal expansion microspheres at 80-150 DEG C. The acrylate adhesive provided by the invention is a single-component acrylate adhesive, does not need to be premixed, has ultra-long open time, and can be cured only during hot pressing, so that the contradiction between curing time and open time of a double-component acrylate adhesive can be perfectly solved; and the problems that a bi-component acrylate adhesive is complicated to use and needs to be premixed, and the adhesive cannot be uniformly mixed in a short time, so that the curing is incomplete,
