Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel thermal insulation material and application thereof in high geothermal tunnels, the thermal insulation material is composed of the following components by mass: 30-40 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 15-40 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 0-20 parts of fly ash, 0.5-1 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 0.05-0.3 part of a foaming agent, 0.3-0.8 part of polyethylene glycol, 1-3 parts of basalt fiber, and 2-5 parts of an inorganic stabilizer. And 30-50 parts of water. The material disclosed by the invention is formed by on-site spraying, is good in close fit with surrounding rock or a sprayed and mixed rough surface, is high in construction efficiency, has excellent heat insulation performance under the condition of ensuring proper strength, and can be applied to construction of a tunnel heat insulation layer with geothermal temperature of 40-90 DEG C.
