The method comprises the following steps: preparing fermented milk: preparing the fermented milk by using lactobacillus paracasei K56; preparing a water gel solution, namely dissolving a stabilizer, a functional ingredient, buffer salt and a sweet component into water to obtain the water gel solution; preparing materials: mixing the fermented milk and the water glue solution according to a certain proportion, and optionally adding seasoning components to obtain a mixed material liquid; and an ultra-high temperature sterilization step: performing homogenization and ultra-high temperature sterilization treatment on the mixed material liquid.
