The method comprises the following steps: simulating the damage condition of an anticorrosive coating of the deep-penetrating pipeline, finding out the change rules and corresponding relationships of cathode protection potentials and other parameters of corresponding penetrating points and unpenetrating points, and establishing a data analysis model; correcting or improving the data analysis model; collecting parameter information of the deep penetration section pipeline, inputting the information into the data analysis model, and simulating a potential and current density distribution diagram; and analyzing the potential and current density distribution diagram to obtain a detection result of the cathode protection of the deep penetration pipeline.
