Zusammenfassung:A multi-channel near-field eddy current detection method for corrosion defects of the inner wall of a finned tube of an air cooler comprises the following steps: determining the type and specification of the finned tube of the air cooler to be detected, and preparing corresponding detection equipment; manufacturing a calibration sample tube with artificial defects for detection; determining detection parameters of the multi-channel eddy current detector; determining the positions of channels of the multi-channel eddy current probe in the circumferential direction of the probe; adjusting the detection sensitivity of the detection equipment; the air cooler finned tube is detected, and an eddy current response signal of the air cooler finned tube is obtained; performing defect analysis and recording on the detection signal; and judging and processing the corrosion condition of the finned tube of the air cooler.
