Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of tertiary oil recovery, and particularly relates to a method for removing formation retention polymers by utilizing microorganisms. The method comprises the following steps that adsorption and retention polymers of a test oil reservoir are removed, and an SRB strain and an activating agent are injected into the test oil reservoir; inhibiting residual SRB strains of the test oil reservoir, and injecting an inhibitor of the SRB strains into an oil well of the test oil reservoir; the residual sulfur ions of the test oil reservoir are removed, a chemical sulfur ion remover is injected into an oil well of the test oil reservoir, the damage such as corrosion of the redundant sulfur ions to a production oil well is eliminated, and therefore normal exploitation of the test oil reservoir is guaranteed. According to the method, the elimination rate of the adsorption retention polymer in the oil reservoir is 95% or above, the influence of the adsorption retention polymer on |
