By adopting the non-phosphorus pre-filming agent provided by the invention, the pre-filming treatment which is small in dosage of the pre-filming agent, fast in filming, good in filming effect, green and environment-friendly (reducing phosphorus emission) and free of pollution discharge and replacement can be realized. 本发明涉及循环水处理技术领域，公开了一种无磷预膜剂，所述无磷预膜剂含有组分A和组分B，其中，组分A为淀粉，组分B为锌盐。采用本发明提供的无磷预膜剂，可以实现预膜剂用量少、成膜快、成膜效果好、绿色环保(减少磷排放)以及无需排污置换的预膜处理。
