Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, and discloses a high-CTI high-GWIT flame-retardant reinforced PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) material and a preparation method thereof. The PBT material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 60 parts of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin, 20 to 40 parts of glass fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a toughening agent, 12 to 20 parts of a brominated flame retardant, 1 to 10 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant, 1 to 5 parts of a flame-retardant synergist, 0.3 to 3 parts of an antioxidant and 0.3 to 3 parts of a lubricant. Through a flame-retardant compounding technology, the PBT material can obtain high CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) (650V) and high GWIT (glow wire ignition temperature 900 DEG C) under the condition that the spline thickness is only 0.3 mm, and meanwhile, the PBT material has good mechanical strength and appearance.
