Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a titanium dioxide removal method for circulating EG (ethylene glycol) in polyester production, which comprises the following steps: firstly, enabling ethylene glycol mixed steam generated in an esterification process to pass through a process tower to become a recovered EG solution; treating and recovering the EG solution on an ethylene glycol extraction pipeline of the process tower by adopting an outer ceramic membrane to obtain a circulating EG solution to a clear liquid tank, and intercepting water insoluble substances such as titanium dioxide to form a concentrated solution to a circulating tank; and finally, filtering to obtain a circulating EG solution, feeding a part of the circulating EG solution into a first esterification kettle to adjust esterification reaction, and feeding a large part of the circulating EG solution into a recycled ethylene glycol collecting tank to be mixed with external pure supplementary ethylene glycol for preparing slurry.
