Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention discloses a PWV detection method and device based on portable electronic equipment, and aims to realize PWV out-of-hospital measurement through portable electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and intelligent wearable equipment, reduce the PWV measurement threshold and meet the measurement requirement of a user at any time and any place. The method comprises the steps that the electronic equipment firstly obtains a first physiological signal, collected by a first sensor module, of a first measuring point and a second physiological signal, collected by a second sensor module, of a second measuring point, and the first sensor module and the second sensor module are both integrated on the portable electronic equipment; and obtaining a first PWV value according to the first physiological signal and the second physiological signal.
