This combines the advantages of a structural tube having an annular cross-section and a structural tube having a polygonal cross-section. In particular, the structural tube (1) can be connected to a connectable element, preferably selected from another structural tube (1) and the output shaft (30) or reduction gearbox (31) of the solar tracker, using internal components (5) and/or clamps (7, 8).
