The method comprises the following steps: determining basic parameters of an annular deployable antenna; establishing geometric models Gt, Gc and Ga according to the basic parameters of the antenna; the optimal storage track of the driving rope is obtained, and a system parameter x0 is obtained; establishing and solving a mesh antenna expansion dynamics analysis model; establishing and solving an antenna unfolding process trajectory optimization model based on the dynamic agent model; and outputting an antenna unfolding process planning result.
