Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a solid-phase extraction filler and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of solid-phase extraction. According to the solid-phase extraction filler disclosed by the invention, monodisperse superparamagnetic crosslinked polystyrene microspheres are modified by using benzocarbazolyl methoxycarbonyl chloride, so that the solid-phase extraction filler which not only has magnetism but also can be combined with an amino compound is obtained. The filler overcomes the defects that the physical adsorption acting force is small, and an adsorbed target object is easily eluted by a weak solvent, and the solid-phase extraction filler and the target object are tightly combined and are not easily eluted by utilizing a chemical reaction, so that a better separation effect is obtained.
