A nucleotide sequence partially coding human FcRn protein is introduced into a non-human animal genome in a homologous recombination manner; the humanized FcRn protein can be normally expressed in an animal body, and the humanized FcRn protein can be used as an animal model for human FcRn signal mechanism research and tumor and immune disease drug screening, and has important application value for new drug research and development of immune targets.
