Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, and discloses a high-thermal-conductivity insulating flame-retardant PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) material and a preparation method thereof. The PBT material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 60 parts of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin, 20 to 40 parts of glass fiber, 1 to 10 parts of flexibilizer, 10 to 20 parts of heat-conducting filler, 5 to 20 parts of flame retardant, 1 to 5 parts of synergist, 0.1 to 5 parts of antioxidant and 0.1 to 5 parts of lubricant. Through a modification compounding technology, the PBT composite material has high heat-conducting property (the highest heat conductivity can reach 10.07 W/(m.K)), keeps relatively good insulating property (the volume resistivity is 1015 omega.cm), and has good flame-retardant property (the spline thickness reaches V0 level by 0.3 mm) and mechanical strength.
