The photo-induced o-nitrobenzyl alcohol linker developed by the invention can specifically mark protein side chain lysine, and then an affinity marker, a fluorescent substance, an active drug and the like are specifically coupled into biomacromolecules such as protein and an antibody, so that novel protein drugs and antibody drug ADC drugs, biological diagnostic reagents, biological diagnostic reagents and the like are developed. And a direct way is provided for design and development of the imaging probe and the like.
