Hydrogel capable of releasing metformin with pH/glucose dual-responsiveness as well as preparation method and application of hydrogel

The invention relates to hydrogel capable of releasing metformin with pH/glucose dual responsiveness and a preparation method and application of the hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding polydopamine-coated reduced graphene oxide (rGO (at) PDA) and metformin (Met) into a benzaldehyde and phenylboronic acid dual-modified polyethylene glycol copolymer (PPB) solution at the same time; and then mixing with a dihydrocaffeic acid and L-arginine co-grafted chitosan (CDL) solution, and carrying out crosslinking through Schiff base and phenyl borate to form the pH/glucose dual-responsive PC/GO/Met hydrogel. The method is wide in raw material source, simple in preparation process and low in preparation cost, and the prepared hydrogel dressing has double responsiveness, can release drugs beneficial to wound healing of type II diabetes mellitus and promote wound healing of diabetes mellitus, has the characteristic of pH/glucose double-responsiveness metformin release, and can be applied t
