Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to hydrogel capable of releasing metformin with pH/glucose dual responsiveness and a preparation method and application of the hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding polydopamine-coated reduced graphene oxide (rGO (at) PDA) and metformin (Met) into a benzaldehyde and phenylboronic acid dual-modified polyethylene glycol copolymer (PPB) solution at the same time; and then mixing with a dihydrocaffeic acid and L-arginine co-grafted chitosan (CDL) solution, and carrying out crosslinking through Schiff base and phenyl borate to form the pH/glucose dual-responsive PC/GO/Met hydrogel.
