The invention provides a rotary electric machine having a novel structure capable of providing an electric connection conductor at a terminal portion of a welding side of a coil end of a segment coil and realizing axial miniaturization of the rotary electric machine. A rotating electrical machine includes a stator core (21) having slots (37) extending radially in a radial direction; a plurality of segment coils (34) accommodated in the slots (37) so as to be stacked in the radial direction; and a neutral point bus bar (33) which is disposed on the welding side of the coil ends of the segment coils (34), connects different segment coils, and has a connection wiring part and a connection part. At least a part of the connection wiring part is disposed in a radial space (RS) formed by the segment coils (34) in the radial direction in a state where the segment coils (34) are mounted.
