The embodiment of the invention discloses an array substrate, a testing device thereof and a display panel. The array substrate comprises a substrate; the pixel driving circuit layer is arranged on the substrate; the pixel driving circuit layer comprises a plurality of pixel driving circuits; a plurality of anode electrodes; the anode electrodes are connected with the output ends of the corresponding pixel driving circuits; the plurality of test bonding pads are arranged on one side, far away from the substrate, of the pixel driving circuit layer; the test bonding pads are connected with the corresponding anode electrodes; and the test bonding pad is used for transmitting the output current of the pixel driving circuit output by the corresponding anode electrode to the test device, so that the test device detects the output current. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the output current, output by the corresponding anode electrode, of the pixel driving circuit is tra
