The water conservancy project multi-user collaborative management system comprises a central server, a GIS client and a BIM client, wherein the GIS client and the BIM client are connected with the central server through a network; the central server is used for providing basic information data service; the GIS client comprises a three-dimensional digital earth system and a BIM model management module; the BIM client supports various BIM software and comprises a BIM model basic parameter setting module, a terrain model building module and an engineering model building module; and the GIS client and the BIM client perform data interaction and multi-user collaborative management through the central server.
