Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for degrading halogenated organic pollutants by coupling biological hydrogen production-nano palladium driven by immobilized dissimilatory metal reducing bacteria, and relates to the technical field of degradation of halogenated organic pollutants. According to the method, the extracellular reducing capacity of dissimilatory metal reducing bacteria is utilized, in a sodium alginate immobilized micro-capsule, biosynthesis of nano-palladium is achieved, the nano-palladium is loaded in the micro-capsule, and therefore a dissimilatory metal reducing bacteria-nano-palladium coupling system is constructed; hydrogen generated by anaerobic metabolism of dissimilatory metal reducing bacteria is activated by nano-palladium, and active hydrogen is generated so as to realize efficient dehalogenation degradation of halogenated organic pollutants. According to the integrated coupling degradation method, the problem of continuous flow bioremediation of halogenated organic pollutants is solve |
