The microbial culture carbon source is prepared by the following steps: smashing agricultural and sideline product organic materials, and cooking the smashed agricultural and sideline product organic materials into homogenate by a sulfite method; fermenting the cooked homogenate by using a fermentation tank through aerobic cellulose decomposition bacteria to obtain a saccharide mixture; adding molasses into the fermentation tank, and uniformly stirring at 40-50 DEG C; adding trace elements, uniformly stirring, and adding a buffering agent to adjust the pH value of a liquid phase to be neutral; and removing liquid-phase moisture by a vacuum and pressurized drying method to obtain the carbon source for microbial culture applied to sewage treatment.
