The preparation method of the emulsifier comprises the following steps: (1) taking resorcinol and trimethylolpropane triglycidyl silicone oil ether as raw materials, taking tetrabutylammonium bromide as a catalyst, and reacting for a certain time to prepare branched epoxy resin; (2) purification treatment of the resin, wherein hot water washing and ethanol water washing are mainly adopted; (3) drying treatment of epoxy resin; and (4) carrying out ring-opening polymerization on the branched epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol in a certain molar ratio.
