Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a nitric oxide light-activated fluorescent probe and a preparation method and application thereof, the structural formula of the probe is shown in the specification, o-nitrobenzyl is selected as a photosensitive group, photolysis reaction is rapid, and the nitric oxide light-activated fluorescent probe has the advantages of low detection limit (13nM), high signal-to-noise ratio, high fluorescence response multiple (about 500 times), high sensitivity, good selectivity and the like. The fluorescence intensity and the NO (0-20 mu M) concentration have a good linear relationship, which indicates that the probe is suitable for quantitative detection of nitric oxide in a living body; and PNO is further applied to realize fluorescence imaging of nitric oxide of RAW 264.7 cells.
本发明涉及一种一氧化氮光激活荧光探针及其在制备方法和应用,该探针的结构式如下所示,选用邻硝基苄基作为光敏基团,光解反应迅速,具有检测限低(13nM),信噪比高,荧光响应倍数高(约500倍),灵敏度高,选择性好等优势。荧光强度与NO(0-20μM)浓度之间具有良好的线性关系,说明探针适合于生物体内一氧化氮的定量检测;并进一步应用PNO实现了RAW 264.7细胞一氧化氮的荧光成像。 |
