Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a synthesis method of 11, 12-dihydro-gamma-oxo-dibenzo [[F] azo-5-(6H)-butyric acid, which comprises the following steps: S10, under the action of a first catalyst, coupling a raw material A with trimethylsilylacetylene to obtain 2-trimethylsilylacetylene benzaldehyde; s20, mixing the 2-trimethylsilylacetylene benzaldehyde with a raw material B, and carrying out reductive amination reaction to obtain a product C; s30, performing trimethylsilyl removal treatment on the product C to obtain a product D; and S40, under the action of a second catalyst, carrying out intramolecular coupling reaction on the product D to obtain aza-dibenzene ring octyne, and S50, under an alkaline condition, mixing the aza-dibenzene ring octyne with succinic anhydride, and carrying out a reaction so as to obtain the 11, 12-dihydro-gamma-oxo-dibenzo [[F] azo-5-(6H)-butyric acid.
