Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses modified calcium boron lanthanum glass powder, a green tape, an LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) substrate with a controllable dielectric constant, an LTCC packaging material and a preparation method of the LTCC packaging material. The preparation method of the modified calcium-boron-lanthanum glass powder comprises the following steps: mixing a surface modifier, water, absolute ethyl alcohol and an acid-base regulator to obtain a first mixed solution with the pH value of 1-5, and stirring the first mixed solution to obtain a dissolved surface modifier solution; and mixing calcium-boron-lanthanum glass powder, the obtained dissolved surface modifier solution, water, absolute ethyl alcohol and an acid-base regulator to obtain a second mixed solution with the pH value of 3-6, stirring and modifying the second mixed solution, and then performing ultrasonic cleaning, drying and screening to obtain the modified calcium-boron-lanthanum glass powder.
