Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an ultra-clean production process of a disposable multi-layer co-extrusion bag. Materials used by the multi-layer co-extrusion bag are classified into filling needle type materials, pipeline type materials, connector type materials and membrane material type materials, and different technologies are specifically adopted for cleaning and drying. The number of visible foreign matters in the produced disposable sterile filling bag is reduced by more than 70% compared with the number of visible foreign matters in disposable sterile filling bags produced by a common production process, the number of insoluble particles can be reduced by more than 50%, and pollution of the insoluble particles and the superfine visible foreign matters is avoided to the greatest extent. Meanwhile, the cleanliness of the disposable multi-layer co-extrusion bag and accessories of the disposable multi-layer co-extrusion bag can be improved in the aspects of TOC, conductivity and the like, the product quality is g
