Zusammenfassung: | Research tests show that cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide can be used as a competitive glucosidase inhibitor. Cantharellus yunnanensis crude polysaccharide is eluted, separated and purified through distilled water and NaCl to obtain six components, namely CY-0, CY-1, CY-2, CY-4, CY-8 and CY-10, tests show that the CY-2 component belongs to a competitive component for inhibiting activity of glucosidase, and the CY-2 is reversible in inhibition of alpha-glucosidase. The research can provide a theoretical basis for the development and production of related glucosidase inhibitors, and is beneficial to promoting the development of related industries of the glucosidase inhibitors.
本研究试验表明鸡油菌多糖可作为竞争型葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂使用。本发明将云南鸡油菌粗多糖通过蒸馏水和NaCl洗脱分离纯化后得到6个组分,分别为CY-0、CY-1、CY-2、CY-4、CY-8、CY-10,试验表明CY-2组分属于竞争型抑制葡萄糖苷酶活性的组分,且CY-2对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制为可逆性的。本研究可为相关葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的研制和生产提供理论依据,有利于推动葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂相关产业的发展。 |
