The bread is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of whole wheat flour, 50-70 parts of drinking water, 10-18 parts of trehalose, 0.1-0.2 part of yeast powder, 0.05-0.15 part of edible salt, 0.8-15 parts of egg white liquid and at least one of the following materials: 18-35 parts of high gluten wheat flour and 2-5 parts of vital gluten. According to the embodiment, the nutritional requirements of common diet of eaters can be met, the calorie, flavor and nutritional value of the bread are obviously improved, and the bread is especially suitable for people with intestinal tract conditioning and weight control to eat.
