Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted weighing system based on an electronic fence, which comprises a server module, a vehicle-mounted weighing device, a vehicle-mounted GPS device and a mobile phone APP module, and is characterized in that electronic fence data of each garbage collection point is set through GIS software, and naming identification is carried out; when the vehicle-mounted weighing equipment carries out weighing, weighing data and GPS longitude and latitude data of the vehicle-mounted weighing equipment are sent to the server through a GSM network; after the server receives the weighing data, electronic fence information in a database is traversed according to longitude and latitude contained in the weighing data, a corresponding place is matched, GPS data of a vehicle where the vehicle-mounted weighing equipment is installed is inquired at the same time, whether the electronic fence information and the GPS data are in a set electronic fence or not is judged, and an operator of the garbage
