Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a new energy station scheduling method and device, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a voice access request of a terminal, and building voice communication connection with the terminal; receiving voice information transmitted by the terminal through the voice communication connection, and detecting whether the terminal belongs to a preset new energy station; under the condition that the terminal belongs to the new energy station, determining whether the new energy station has a preset target fault according to the voice information; and if a preset target fault exists, transmitting a scheduling voice corresponding to the target fault to the terminal through the voice communication connection so as to schedule the new energy station. By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the scheduling voice can be automatically generated under the condition of determining that the new energy station has the preset target fault according to the voice informat
