The system comprises a plurality of power consumption terminals, a block chain and a smart contract; the electricity utilization end is registered as a block chain node, unique identity identification information is distributed, and the electricity utilization end automatically uploads the collected electricity utilization data to the block chain; and the block chain is responsible for receiving, storing, and publicly displaying the power consumption data uploaded by each power consumption end.
