The embodiment of the invention provides an index configuration method, which is applied to an index system and comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of to-be-processed indexes and a plurality of to-be-processed data through an index input request received by a uniform resource interface; obtaining target configuration data corresponding to the target scene data in the index input request from a preset configuration table; according to the target configuration data, executing configuration operation on the plurality of to-be-processed indexes and the plurality of to-be-processed data, and obtaining a plurality of target index results; wherein the target index result comprises label values and index values corresponding to a plurality of target indexes; and returning the plurality of target index results to the corresponding service system.
