Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a line determination method and device for an offshore wind power plant and a medium, and is suitable for the field of line design of wind power plants. The current tail end fan is selected as a first fan, the fan connected with the first fan is selected as a second fan, the accumulated current-carrying capacity of the first fan is determined, and then the model of the correspondingly connected target submarine cable is determined; and determining a line for connecting the first fan and the second fan according to the target submarine cable model and the length of the line for connecting the first fan and the second fan. The accumulated current-carrying capacity is determined by selecting each current tail end fan as a first fan, the corresponding target submarine cable model is determined under the condition that the accumulated current-carrying capacity is determined, and different target submarine cable models are selected for the fans with different accumulated current-carrying cap
