The method comprises the following steps: cleaning hermetia illucens; the cleaned hermetia illucens is placed in a drying space, the temperature of the drying space ranges from 26 DEG C to 30 DEG C, and the drying time ranges from 40 minutes to 45 minutes; putting the dried hermetia illucens into a spiral oil press, and spirally extruding the hermetia illucens into hermetia illucens oil; the hermetia illucens oil is put into a supercritical extraction separator, the pressure of the supercritical extraction separator ranges from 14.7 psi to 3600 psi, the temperature of the supercritical extraction separator ranges from 35 DEG C to 45 DEG C, the extraction time of the supercritical extraction separator ranges from 35 minutes to 45 minutes, and purified hermetia illucens oil is obtained.
