The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesives, and discloses a reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-100 parts of polyether polyol, 10-100 parts of polyester polyol, 5-45 parts of benzoxazine resin containing alcoholic hydroxyl groups or phenolic hydroxyl groups, 10-50 parts of polyisocyanate and 5-10 parts of a catalyst.
