Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesives, and discloses a reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-100 parts of polyether polyol, 10-100 parts of polyester polyol, 5-45 parts of benzoxazine resin containing alcoholic hydroxyl groups or phenolic hydroxyl groups, 10-50 parts of polyisocyanate and 5-10 parts of a catalyst. According to the novel hot melt adhesive, benzoxazine resin is adopted for blocking, so that the problem that a reactive hot melt adhesive is easy to cure at high temperature for a long time is solved, and meanwhile, the problem that the hot melt adhesive blocked by isocyanate reacts with water in air due to untight storage and sealing is also avoided.
本发明属于胶粘剂技术领域,公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,由包括以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇10~100份,聚酯多元醇10~100份,含醇羟基或酚羟基的苯并噁嗪树脂5~45份,多异氰酸酯10~50份,催化剂5~10份。本发明新型热熔胶采用苯并噁嗪树脂封端,解决了反应型热熔胶长期以来高温易固化的问题,同时也避免了采用异氰酸酯封端的热熔胶因存储密封不严与空气中水反应的问题。 |
