The invention discloses an automatic rubber tape boxing and packaging device which comprises a material arranging tank, a feeding hopper is connected to the top end of the material arranging tank in a penetrating mode, a shaking hopper is slidably connected to the inner wall of the middle of the material arranging tank, a supporting ring is further fixed to the inner wall of the lower side of the material arranging tank, a vertical plate is welded to the top face of the supporting ring, and driving rods are rotationally connected between the vertical plate and the lower inner wall of the material arranging tank.
