The steer-by-wire motor is mechanically connected with the coupler; the planetary reducer is mechanically connected with the coupler; the planetary reducer is mechanically connected with the transmission gear; the steering angle controller is electrically connected with the planetary reducer; the wheels are mechanically connected with the transmission gear; the rotating angle of the wheels can be accurately controlled according to actual use requirements by adopting the steering angle controller, so that the rotating angle of the wheels can reach 90 degrees.
