Zusammenfassung:	A pants-type disposable diaper provided with a front-side tape section (21), a rear-side tape section (22), and an absorbent core (11), in which: a base region (21s) and a high-pressure region (30s) are provided; and a high-pressure region (30s) extending in the circumferential direction around the front-side belt section (21) and the rear-side belt section (22), the high-pressure region including an elastic film (30) between the skin-side nonwoven fabric sheets (213, 223) and the non-skin-side nonwoven fabric sheets (214, 224), the high-pressure region including a ventilation section in which the air permeability is higher than the air permeability in the portion where the elastic film (30) is located, and the air permeability is higher than the air permeability in the portion where the non-skin-side nonwoven fabric sheets (214, 224) are located. In at least one of the front-side belt section (21) and the rear-side belt section (22), a high-pressure region does not overlap the absorbent core (11) in the fron
