The present invention relates to an organic thin film characterized by being a single-layer film comprising a first material, which is a hexahydropyrimidinopyrimidine compound having a structure represented by general formula (1), and a second material that transports electrons, or a laminated film comprising a film comprising the first material and a film comprising the second material.
