Binder and battery containing same

The invention provides a binder and a battery containing the binder. The binder has a three-dimensional network structure, a skeleton of the three-dimensional network structure is formed by a first polymer, the skeletons are connected through a second polymer, and the first polymer and the second polymer are cross-linked through a hydrogen bond; wherein the first polymer is selected from an acrylic polymer; and the second polymer is selected from a polyurethane ternary polymer.
