The present invention relates generally to antibodies that bind to NKG2D, including multispecific antigen binding molecules, e.g., for activating T cells and/or NK cells. In addition, the invention relates to polynucleotides encoding such antibodies, as well as vectors and host cells comprising such polynucleotides.
