The temperature adjusting mechanism comprises a central pipe, a branch pipe and a heat conductor; the central pipe is arranged in the center of the charging cable and is communicated with a hot air outlet of the air heater; the branch pipe is arranged on the outer side of the central pipe and communicated with the outside; the heat conductors are a plurality of star-shaped structural bodies made of heat conduction materials, the central pipe is sleeved with the middles of the heat conductors, and the branch pipes are sleeved with the outer sides of the heat conductors in the direction of the branch pipes.
