The automobile data recorder comprises a shell, a photosensitive element and a processing unit, wherein the photosensitive element and the processing unit are arranged in the shell; the photosensitive element comprises an optical lens and a light driving chip, the optical lens is used for collecting light of an environment real object, and the light driving chip is used for changing resistance according to electromagnetic waves with different frequency spectrums in the light collected by the optical lens, so that the polarity of an electric signal is changed, and graphic information preprocessing of the environment real object is completed; then sending to the processing unit; and the processing unit is used for encoding the graphic information processed by the optical driving chip and then generating a storage video stream. And after the automobile data recorder is stopped and powered off, only driving energ
