Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a safety control system and method, and the system comprises mining equipment, transportation equipment, and a controller. Wherein the excavating equipment comprises at least one first distance measuring sensor which is used for acquiring a first distance between the excavating equipment and a first target object; the transportation equipment comprises at least one second distance measuring sensor which is used for acquiring a second distance between the transportation equipment and a second target object; and the controller is used for determining whether the first target object is an obstacle or not according to the first distance, determining whether the second target object is an obstacle or not according to the second distance, and controlling the mining equipment and/or the transportation equipment under the condition that the first target object is the obstacle and/or the second target object is the obstacle. Therefore, whether the first target object and the second target object
