The method comprises the following steps: collecting system parameters of a desulfurization system in real time; carrying out first-step fuzzification processing on the collected system parameters to respectively obtain an operation index and a corrosion index; the operation index, the TDS and the corrosion index are further subjected to second-step fuzzification treatment, a first valve opening degree and a second valve opening degree are obtained through a fuzzy evaluation module, and the opening degree of the reuse water control valve is obtained by comparing the first valve opening degree with the second valve opening degree.
