The sensor bearing unit (10) comprises: a bearing (12) comprising an inner ring (16) and an outer ring (18) centered on an axis (X-X '), the inner ring (16) being intended to be mounted on a shaft (15); and a pulse ring (14) provided with a target holder (26) and a target (28) mounted on the target holder, the target holder (26) being fixed to the inner ring (16).
